These terms apply when you use the Bloom app or this website ("Bloom"). By creating an account or using Bloom, you agree to them. Bloom is free to use.
Bloom is not medical advice
Bloom provides general information only, based on Australian health guidelines. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it never replaces your GP, midwife, or obstetrician — always consult them about your own pregnancy. Trackers (like kick counts or contraction timing) are convenience tools, not medical devices. In an emergency, call 000. For mental-health support, PANDA is on 1300 726 306.
Your account
You sign in with your email address; anyone with access to that inbox can access your Bloom account, so keep your email secure. You must provide an email you own, and you're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use Bloom for personal, lawful purposes. Don't misuse it — including sending partner invites or feedback to harass anyone, attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the service, or scraping it. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or other people.
Partner access
Inviting a partner grants them read-only access to your journey until you revoke it or either account is deleted. Invite only someone you're comfortable seeing everything you record.
Your content
Everything you record in Bloom remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time from within the app.
Availability and liability
Bloom is provided free and "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free, and features may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for loss arising from use of Bloom. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Bloom or delete your account (Profile → Delete account) at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If they change, we'll update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use Bloom after a change means you accept the updated terms. Contact: [contact email to be published before launch].
